METHODS OF PAYMENT -- PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS,

  • We request that full payment be made within 7 days from close of auction.
  • We accept PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS.
  • WE ONLY ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS DRAWN FROM U. S. BANKS. (Some exceptions may be made for Canadian customers. Please contact us for further details.)
  • If you are the successful bidder, we expect you to follow through with the transaction and fulfill your part. Make sure all your concerns are answered before you bid.   • If the item is not paid in 4 days, a second notice is automatically emailed.
  • If the item is not paid after 7 days from the end of the auction, we send a notice reminding the customer that we have not received payment.
  • After 10 days, we send a last notice reminding the customer that we have not received payment
  • After 14 days, the item will automatically be cancelled; scheduled for another auction and we will ask eBay for a refund of the fees we paid for the auction. We manage auctions for numerous items and can not wait more than 14 days to receive payment for the items. Thanks for your understanding.

POINT OF SALE

  • All used equipment is sold FOB our dock in Erie, PA 16503. The seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves our dock.
  • Damaged freight must be reported to the freight carrier immediately upon receipt of shipment. We will not be held responsible for freight damaged in transit.
  • All new equipment is sold FOB manufacturers' dock at their facilities' location.

PACKING, SHIPPING AND PENNSYLVANIA SALES TAX

  • We will be happy to arrange shipping, crating, and packaging of your order at additional charge.
  • The Company neither accepts responsibility for crating and packaging performance, nor damage to merchandise after it leaves our warehouse or that of our suppliers.
  • Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • NOTE: Damage claims may take up to 120 days or longer to resolve.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: DAMAGE TO MERCHANDISE MUST BE DOCUMENTED WITH FREIGHT CARRIER BEFORE DEPARTING YOUR LOCATION AND IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO FREIGHT CARRIER’S "CLAIMS DEPARTMENT".

  • Standard packaging for heavy items consists of securing the item to a pallet with strapping and shrink-wrap.
  • Standard packing charges DO NOT include additional protective crating or box construction. These services are available at an additional charge.
  • Limited insurance is available for used items shipped via freight lines at additional.
  • Insurance IS available for used items shipped with FedEx or UPS for an additional fee.
  • Items shipped within Pennsylvania are subject to 6% sales tax. Items sold outside Pennsylvania are not taxed by us and are buyer’s responsibility.
  • Most items purchased are available for pick up at our Erie warehouse. Our friendly warehouse staff will be happy to assist you with the loading of your vehicle.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: SECURING OF THE LOAD IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF LOADS BEING IMPROPERLY OR INADEQUATELY SECURED.

  • Due to limited warehouse space, we request that you make arrangements to pick up you item(s) at your earliest opportunity.
  • All items not picked up within 30 days are subject to a storage charge of $50 per item, per month, or portion thereof.
  • All items not picked up within 120 days from close of auction will be forfeited and resold.

CONDITIONS OF MERCHANDISE

  • All USED merchandise is sold 'AS IS / WHERE IS'
  • All NEW equipment subjects to manufacturers warranty.
  • No warranties either expressed or implied are provided unless otherwise authorized by us.
  • We try to present the item as accurately as possible. The presentation is based on the information available to us and to our knowledge at time of posting. We DO NOT guarantee this information's accuracy.
  • In general, food service establishments are known for grease. Some, but not all equipment is cleaned by use of pressure washing and/or other methods. NOTE: We DO NOT disassemble equipment and some residual grease and grime may remain. Despite our best efforts, NO GUARANTEE is made that the equipment you receive will arrive in "clean as new" condition.
  • SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT: As solder ages, it becomes brittle. Solder holds refrigeration lines together. When older refrigeration is shipped on a truck, it usually bounces quite a bit. We accept no responsibility for those repairs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR CANCELLATIONS.
  • If you do have an issue, please allow us an opportunity to address your concerns before posting a negative feedback. We make every effort to maintain happy customers and aggressively address your concerns to mutual satisfaction.
  • Under certain circumstances, we may make an exception and allow a return, cancellation, or approve a refund. However, a restocking fee of 20% of the total price may apply, as well as shipping and handling both to and from the customer.
  • If the buyer thinks there is a misrepresentation regarding the item or it's condition in our posting, or Terms and Conditions, the buyer must relay to the seller why he or she thinks there is a misrepresentation. The seller will review the facts and make a decision regarding the alleged misrepresentation. If the seller agrees there is a misrepresentation, the seller will refund only the bid amount of the merchandise upon its return to our facility freight paid by the buyer. We CANNOT refund packing or shipping charges. The buyer agrees to accept the seller's decision.
  • Any concerns must be submitted to us by email or fax within 15 days of receipt of the item or 45 days from the end of the auction, whichever date comes first
